You should always use a dielectric grease on the prongs of your electric cords especially if you are going to use an extension cord. The extra distance causes more power creating more heat and the dielectric grease will help prevent the heat from causing arcing and melting your plug ends.

Looks like if you backed in everything would work just fine. But understand why you did not.

Newbie question- for times like this when the hookups are on the other side, is there a reason you couldn't back into the space instead of pulling in?

Great video for beginners. Do you have the name of the white fresh water hose you use? And also where do you purchase most of these items?
    Thank you

Without a pressure regulator, all you are doing is controlling the flow. As soon as the water stops flowing from a faucet the pressure equalizes to whatever the supply is.

I see you have responded to several people saying that the site is backward. Well, you pulled in and did not back in. Your complaint of the door then being on the wrong side is not a valid point as that door is designed to open away from traffic. So back in next time and then you wont fall over your sewer, water or electric connections. Good luck in the future……

Why didn't you back in then you wouldn't be exiting right at the sewer? A lot of campgrounds ar set up for back in, not drive in

Thank you for all these links. I see you have a class or something you teach about rving. I don't have an RV yet so I have a great deal to learn

I was excited to see the windshield cover with screen side windows, but when I went to your link it’s a different one without those vital side screens!😢 Where can I find one exactly like yours??

Please thumb up if you think he should have backed into the site. Thumb down if you think they put the utilities on the wrong side.

You know you can still buy percolator coffee pots, right? They are much smaller than that one you have. The percolator coffee pot…what a great invention.

Sir, you have to take your shoes off before entering the RV!! You would get much fury in your direction if you were RVing in Japan and just waltzed into the RV with your foot wraps on! LOL

The weakest part of your water system is your hose, that’s the primary reason for the regulator. The hose will go before the pex in modern trailers will give out.
